Your first visit

Your first visit to our office is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. As we discuss your orthodontic goals, we also value the opportunity to get to know you personally.

Dr. Woods will give you a preliminary clinical examination and then present you with his recommendations for how and when your orthodontic problem should be treated. If it is determined that your orthodontic treatment is to begin immediately, an appointment will be scheduled to take diagnostic records. These consist of orthodontic x-rays, facial photographs and dental impressions for study models. With these records, Dr. Woods will determine a specific diagnosis and prepare a personalized treatment plan.
